Welcome to Burbank Car Rental. By booking or operating one of our vehicles, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
To rent a vehicle, you must:

Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

The renter authorizes Burbank Car Rental to charge the payment method on file for any authorized charges related to the rental.
Certain vehicles require a refundable security deposit.

Bank processing times may vary.
Only drivers approved by Burbank Car Rental may operate the vehicle.
Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional fees.
The vehicle may NOT be used:
Smoking, vaping, or the use of marijuana inside any vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Violation will result in professional cleaning fees.
Pets are not permitted in our vehicles.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning charges.
Guests traveling with legally protected service animals should contact us before their reservation.
Vehicles are typically delivered with minimal fuel unless a prepaid fuel option has been purchased.
Guests who purchase the prepaid fuel option may return the vehicle at any fuel level.
Otherwise, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it was provided.
Mileage allowances vary by vehicle.
Mileage limits are disclosed before booking.
Excess mileage will be billed at the applicable rate.
Renters are responsible for:

If a mechanical issue occurs during your rental:
In the event of an accident:
Failure to promptly report an accident may affect coverage.
Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily rental charges.
If you need additional time, contact us before your scheduled return whenever possible.
Extensions are subject to availability.
Cancellation policies depend on the reservation terms selected at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility will be determined according to those terms.
Airport deliveries are made to designated pickup locations.
Instructions, including a video showing the vehicle's location, will be provided before pickup.
Airport parking fees may apply and are the renter's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Renters may not:
Burbank Car Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Recovered items will be returned when practical, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the renter.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burbank Car Rental shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of a vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
Burbank Car Rental reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
The version in effect at the time of the reservation shall govern that rental.
